A traditional Dutch recipe, using butter instead of mayonnaise as in most other versions. Ingredients:
4 hard-boiled eggs |
50 g butter |
1 teaspoon mustard |
pepper |
salt |
1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
Directions:
1. Melt butter. Peel eggs and cut them lengthwise in halves. Remove yolks, rub into butter. Mix with other ingredients. Stuff halved egg whites with mixture. |
