Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs at room temp
4 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Melt butter in a 10-inch overproof skillet on the stovetop.
3. Tilt the pan to coat the sides of the frying pan with butter.
4. Pour the mixture into the pan and cook for one minute without stirring.
5. Place skillet in hot oven and bake until the pancake is puffed an golden brown, 12-15 minutes.
6. Serve immediately.
