A puffy pancake, Ingredients:
2 tb butter |
4 eggs |
1 cup milk |
1 cup all-purpose flour |
1 tsp lemon peel or 1/8 tsp nutmet |
Directions:
1. Place butter in a 10 round baking dish and heat at 425 deg 2. until butter is melted. 3. Blend ingredients and pour into hot pan. 4. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes. |
