This is a recipe I adopted and I can't wait to try it out! It was described as a flulffy tender cake . Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup milk |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 1/2 pints strawberries |
Directions:
1. Combine wet ingredients. 2. Ad sifted dry ingredients. 3. Spread into a 9 by 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degreees for 15 to 20 minute Let cool. |
