Dutch Apple Cheesecake

Classic apple and spice flavors with crumb topping.
Ingredients:
use cinnamon cookie crust - see crust post
2 pounds philly cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups sugar
4 tbsp flour
5 large eggs
2 tea. apple pie spice
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 or 4 apples(i use ida reds)
1 stick butter, softened
1 cup flour
1/2 cup light brown sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 500^.
2. Blend cream cheese, sugar and flour until smooth.
3. Add eggs one at a time.
4. Add pie spice, then cream,mixing thoroughly.
5. Set aside.
6. Peel, core, and slice apples.
7. Layer evenly in prepared pan.
8. Pour batter over apples.
9. Bake at 500^ for 15 minutes.
10. Reduce temp to 250^ and continue baking for 55 minutes.
11. Blend butter, flour, and brown sugar with pastry cutter 'til crumbly.
12. After 55 minutes of baking, spread crumbs on top of cake.
13. Bake for another 10-15 minutes.
14. Let cool and refrigerate before serving.
