6 apples |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |

2 tablespoons butter |
1/2 cup sugar |

2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup light cream |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. pare and slice 6 large apples 2. place in buttered baking dish 3. mix 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon salt anf butter 4. cover apples with this mixture 5. sift together flour sugar salt cinnamon baking powder 6. add cream 7. pour over apples 8. sprinkle topping that has been mixed topgether over flour mixture 9. bake in moderate oven til apples are soft and crust browned im guessing 35 minutes at 375 degrees check though. |
