My daughter Dusty makes this for all of our family events. We just celebrated our Yuletide, and she let me make it so I got the recipe. I want to share it out here with all of you because it is just the best corn muffin type recipe ever! Read more ! Ingredients:
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix, 8.5 ounces |
1 can whole corn, drained |
1 can creamed corn |
1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Mix all of the ingredients together well.
2. Pour mixture into an 8 by 12 inch greased (we sprayed it with olive oil spray) cake pan.
3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes, until golden brown on top.
4. Great warm or cold.

6. I have already decided to alter this recipe for me personally.
7. I think this is a great recipe but the ideas that flashed through my head as I was making it were to good to not try!

9. Cheese
10. Jalapenos
11. sea salt, just a touch
12. Chopped Onions
13. Garlic
14. Green Onions
15. Italian Seasoning
16. a package of Ranch Dressing Mix
17. a package of Italian Dressing Mix
