A perfect potato to compliment any roast. Ingredients:
3/4 cup breadcrumbs |
1 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
4 medium potatoes, chopped |
1/3 cup butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Mix together bread crumbs, nutmeg, salt and pepper. 2. Dip potatoes into butter and then into crumb mixture. 3. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 1 hour. |
