Great dumpling recipe for Celiacs Ingredients:
5 ounces rice flour |
2 teaspoons gluten free baking powder |
2 large eggs |
water |
Directions:
1. Sift the flour and baking powder together in a bowl. 2. Add the eggs and enough water to form a soft dough. Mix well. 3. Drop spoonfuls of the dough into boiling soup, stew or stock. Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes. Cover the pan and cook a further 5 minutes. Serve hot. |
