Dumpling Vegetable Soup

I was hungry for a hearty, warm soup & just started throwing staples together & came up with a tasty little soup! It's quick & easy!
Ingredients:
8 cups chicken broth (i used jameson bouillon)
12 ounces frozen flat dumplings (or frozen noodles)
3 carrots, cut into 1 inch chunks
15 ounces mixed vegetables, drained
1 -2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 -2 cup frozen chopped spinach
15 ounces light kidney beans, drained & rinsed (white beans could work too)
poultry seasoning
salt & pepper
Directions:
1. Bring broth to a boil. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for at least 35 minutes. Adjust ingredient amounts to your preferences.
