This is a quick healthy vegetable soup. I like it with corn bread. 1 weight watchers point per cup.
Ingredients:
1 (11 ounce) can white corn
1 (15 ounce) can black beans
1 (14 ounce) can garden medley vegetables
1 (19 ounce) can proggresso minestrone soup
1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
Directions:
1. Open cans and pour together into pot.
2. Heat over stove.
