This recipe is great for grilling, baking, or OAMC! I found this recipe on . I was impressed by the great flavor. Cooking time provided is for grilling. Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon lime peel |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/4 cup lime juice |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 teaspoon basil |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
4 chicken breasts |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in freezer bag. 2. Marinate overnite or put in freezer for use at a later date. 3. When ready to cook (defrost if frozen) either grill, bake for 30min at 350 degrees, or put in crockpot on low for 4-5 hours. 4. Serve over rice. |
