A quick and easy dessert, good for unexpected company or a quick pot luck dish. Ingredients:
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling or 1 (21 ounce) can blueberry pie filling |
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained |
1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix, dry |
1 cup chopped nuts |
1 cup margarine |
Directions:
1. In greased 9x13 pan, dump pineapple. 2. Spoon pie filling on top. 3. Dump dry cake mix on top and spread evenly. 4. Sprinkle nuts on top. 5. Slice margarine and place evenly on top. 6. Bake at 350 deg for 1 hour. 7. Cool and eat. |
