Ingredients:
20 ounce(s) crushed pineapple |
20 ounce(s) pie filling |
1 box(es) yellow cake mix |
2 stick(s) butter |
1/2-3/4 cup(s) coconut |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. DUMP pineapple and whatever pie filling you chose (possibilities are endless, we are in michigan so we try for local! Cherry, raspberry, blueberry, apple, alllll sooo good!) Add dry cake mix over the top of pineapple and filling, mix with coconut and bake! yummmm. my brothers cough*stoners*cough used to grab these out of the oven as i made them and demolish them whole! holy tummy ache! (they would argue its well worth it!) Bake 35-40 or until golden! |
