Easy but very tasty. Enjoy. Ingredients:
20 ounce can crushed pineapple undraned |
21 ounce can cherry pie filling |
1 box yellow cake mix |
2 sticks butter each cut into 12 slices |
1/4 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Spray rectangular baking pan with cooking spray. 3. Dump undrained pineapple into pan and spread out evenly. 4. Spread cherry pie filling evenly on top of the pineapple. 5. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over the cherry and pineapple layers. 6. Cut butter into slices with a butter knife and place slices evenly over cake mix. 7. Sprinkle nuts on top. 8. Place in oven and bake for 1 hour. 9. Serve warm or at room temperature. |
