A yummy brown sugar coconut fudge Ingredients:
3 c light brown sugar |
1/4 t salt |
1 c evaporated milk |
2 t butter |
2 t vanilla |
1/2 t cream of tarter |
2/3 c fresh shredded coconut |
Directions:
1. In saucepan combine sugar, salt and milk. Cook over low heat till sugar dissolves. Cook at med till smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add butter, vanilla and cream of tarter. Let cool. When cool, beat till creamy, add coconut. Pour into buttered pan. 2. Chill, cut into squares. |
