This recipe is worth a million happy faces, hope you like it! Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups unsalted butter softened, plus more for pan |
2 cups all purpose flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 cup granulated sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
5 large eggs |
380 grs. dulce de leche (nestlé) |
powder sugar for dusting (optional) |
Directions:
1. 1Preheat oven to 350º.,butter a 9 by 5 inch loaf pan. 2. 2.Mix flour, baking powder and salt and set aside. 3. 3.Cream butter, add sugar and vanilla and beat for 4 minutes, then add the eggs one at the time, and continue beating, then add the dulce de leche. 4. 4. Add the flour mixture until well combined. 5. 5.Spoon batter into prepared pan. 6. 6.Let cool on a wire rack, 10 to 15 min. 7. 7.Let cool completely before you dust it with powder sugar. |
