Ingredients:
1 gallon milk |
3 cups sugar |
3 tablespoons vinegar |
Directions:
1. In a large stockpot, add the sugar to the milk. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. Separate with the vinegar. 4. Cook until water disappears and only the solids are left and caramelized (about 40 minutes). 5. Serve with queso blanco and/or candied fruits. |
