This recipe is a cool refreshing treat of yogurt, cucumbers, and dill. Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, or pita bread. Ingredients:
32 ounces plain yogurt |
2 large cucumbers, chopped |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill weed |
1 bunch green onions, chopped |
salt to taste |
Directions:
1. In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine yogurt, cucumbers, dill, green onion and salt. Serve chilled. |
