My sister's friend, Duane, can't cook, but makes a great mexican dip. Everyone asks for the recipe when it's served, and it's so easy! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 onion, chopped |
1 small pkg. velveeta cheese |
500 ml. salsa |
1 jar tostitos salsa con queso (the cheesy one) |
1 can mushroom soup |
Directions:
1. Brown beef with onions. Drain and set aside 2. Melt remaining ingredients together, either in the microwave or on the stove. Stir in beef & onions. 3. Serve with taco chips, or bread cubes for dipping 4. Eat happily (as per Duane!) |
