My eldest son came up with this recipe after economics class in 2006. I'm so proud! Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
3/4 cup butter |
1 teaspoon salt (optional) |
6 tablespoons ice water |
1 tablespoon sugar (if needed) |
Directions:
1. Cut butter into flour, salt and sugar if using. 2. Add a little water at a time until a soft dough is made. 3. Roll out as usual. |
