This is a basic dry rub I made with spices in my pantry and fridge. Everyone loved these ribs and ask for them time and time again. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons ground sage |
3 tablespoons lemon pepper |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary |
2 teaspoons garlic powder |
2 teaspoons dried thyme |
2 teaspoons ground black pepper |
4 pounds pork spareribs |
Directions:
1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. Mix the sage, lemon pepper, rosemary, garlic powder, thyme, and black pepper in a small bowl. Rub mixture onto the spareribs. Arrange ribs on a large baking sheet. 3. Bake in the preheated oven until very tender, about 2 hours. |
