This dip is great with pretzels or cut up hunks of rye bread. Ingredients:
1- 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened |
1- 8 ounce package processed cheese, (ie: velveeta) brought to room temperature |
1/2 cup beer |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix together cream cheese and processed cheese, using an electric mixer, until completely smooth and creamy. 2. Add beer and garlic powder and beat until fully incorporated and smooth. 3. Refrigerate until cold. 4. Serve. 5. NOTE: Preparation time does not include time for chilling. |
