Drunken Peaches Falling All Over Vanilla Ice Cream |

A refreshing dessert of fruit and ice cream Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter, unsalted |
1 cup light brown sugar, packed |
pinch of cinnamon |
2 tbls. peach schnapps |
2 tbls. cinnamon schnapps |
4 peaches, pitted, peeled, and sliced |
1/4 cup dark rum |
vanilla ice cream |
Directions:
1. Put butter, sugar, and cinnamon in skillet and cook until butter melts and sugar is dissolved 2. Stir in both Schnapps and put peaches in skillet 3. When they begin to soften and slightly caramelize, take off heat and add rum 4. Return to heat and cook until rum is hot 5. Carefully tilt pan and ignite rum 6. When flames subside, spoon peaches out of sauce and put them over ice cream 7. Generously spoon sauce over top 8. Serve immediately |
