This is so easy and so yummy! I had thrown together some fruit one day in a big bowl for a snack and went back for more that night and thought, hmm this would be good spiked!
Ingredients:
1 medium mango, peeled and cubed
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
2 kiwis, peeled and cut up
1 8 oz can pineapple pieces--only drain about half the juice
1 8 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
rum (amount and flavor up to you--i use coconut rum and put 1/2 a cup in)
Directions:
1. Mix all together in a large bowl. Chill for a couple of hours before serving.
2. Play with the fruit combinations according to your taste! Maybe some blueberries or blackberries yum. I'd avoid using bananas though as they get all squishy and brown.
