1 cup bourbon |
1/2 cup ketchup |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 lb frankfurter |
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, combine bourbon, ketchup and brown sugar. Cook over medium-low, stirring frequently until brown sugar has dissolved and mixture has thickened slightly, about 30 minutes. 2. Cut frankfurters into diagonal slices about 1/2 inch thick. 3. Add to sauce and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes. Serve with toothpicks. |
