2 (12 ounce) bottles beer |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 teaspoons dry crushed red pepper |
1 lb unpeeled large raw shrimp (31/40 count) |
Directions:
1. Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan; add shrimp, and return to a boil. 2. Cook 2 minutes; remove from heat, and strain. |
