this is a creamy smooth filled cake with a crunchy top and bottom Ingredients:
base |
1 box vanilly wafers or gram crackers |
1/2 c. chopped nuts |
1/4 c melted marg or butter |
3tsp peanut butter |
filling |
8 oz. cram cheese |
1/2 c sugar |
1/2 c peanut butter |
2 tsp vanilla |
4 eggs |
1 lg container of cool whip |
1 can hersheys chocolate topping |
Directions:
1. mix and press base ingredients into a 9x13 pan, save 1/2 cup of base mix for topping 2. mix cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter and vanilla 3. blend at high speed 4. add eggs one at a time 5. fold in cool whip 6. pour over base 7. drizzle chocolate topping over filing and cut in with knife 8. sprinkle with 1/2 cup of left over base mix 9. freeze |
