Drop Scones
Ingredients:
2 eggs
milk (a little)
6 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
Directions:
1. Whip eggs and milk together.
2. Add flour, sugar, baking soda, and cream of tartar.
3. Grease a griddle or frying pan.
4. Drop on 1 tablespoon of the mixture.
5. Brown.
