Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) softened butter |
1/2 cup(s) sugar |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon(s) grated lemon zest |
1/2 cup(s) sifted cake flour |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Cream butter and sugar in mixing bowl. Beat in egg,lemon zest, and vanilla.Add flour and mix well by hand. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a parchment lined or quick release cookie sheet-12 per pan. Bake for about 7 minutes or until edges are brown.Time varies with oven.Cool on cookie sheet before removing. 3. Makes 4 dozen thin brown edge wafer cookies. |
