Smells weird when baking, mostly because of one of the ingredients, but the end result... a dream! Ingredients:
300 g/10.5 oz butter |
3 dl/1.3 cups sugar |
1 msk/1 tbsp vanilla sugar |
1/2 msk/1/2 tbsp ammonium bicarbonate (or double amount of baking powder, but it won't be quite the same) |
71/2 dl/3.1 cups flour |
Directions:
1. Turn on the oven at 175°C/350°F. 2. Melt the butter and leave to cool. 3. Whisk the butter and sugar fluffy. Mix in remaining ingredients and work to a dough. 4. Make little balls (about an inch across), flatten down a little and put on a baking tray with paper on. Put the tray in the hot oven for about 15 minutes. Remove the tray and allow the cookies to cool on the tray. 5. This makes about 50-60 cookies |
