Hot chocolate Ingredients:
2 ounces heavy cream |
6 ounces milk |
1 cinnamon stick |
1 vanilla bean, split in half length wise |
2 ounces dark chocolate, finely chopped |
whipped cream |
Directions:
1. Heat the cream and milk with the cinnamon and vanilla bean very slowly for 15-20 minutes. 2. Remove the bean and cinnamon. 3. Add the chocolate. 4. Mix until fully melted. 5. Serve topped with some very dense fresh whipped cream. |
