This came from The Cooking Sucks Cookbook. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1/2 cup apple juice |
2 cups frozen strawberries |
1 banana, sliced |
1 cup shredded carrot |
1/4 cup applesauce |
1 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger |
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon honey |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 2. Serve cold. |
