Another Waldorf salad but this one is a little different. Ingredients:
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons orange juice |
3 cups red apples, chopped |
1 1/2 cups smoked turkey, cubed |
1 cup dried plum, chopped |
3/4 cup celery, chopped |
1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped and toasted |
lettuce leaf (optional) |
Directions:
1. In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and orange juice. 2. Add apples, turkey, dried plums, celery and walnuts, tossing to coat. 3. chill in refrigerator and then serve on lettuce, if you desire. |
