1 cup whole almonds |
1 cup dried apricots |
1 cup sultanas or golden raisins |
1 cup dark raisins, seeded |
1/3 cup dried apples |
1/3 cup dried prunes, pitted |
1/3 cup dried pears |
1 cup rolled oats |
2 tablespoons sweet sherry |
3 eggs, beaten |
2 tablespoons flour |
250 g milk chocolate (eight oz) |
Directions:
1. Mix the dry ingredients, then add the beaten eggs and sherry. Grease and foil a swiss roll tin. Spread mix into tin, then cook for 20 minutes ONLY at 180 deg. celsius. When cool, spread with melted chocolate. Cut into 25 pieces when cold. |
