75 g dried apricots |
85 g pitted prunes |
75 g dried peaches |
75 g dried pears |
45 g dried apples, slices |
6 dried figs |
6 cloves |
2 cinnamon sticks |
4 pieces orange rind |
4 earl grey tea bags |
55 g caster sugar |
3 cups boiling water |
Directions:
1. Combine dried fruit in bowl with cloves, cinnamon sticks and rind. 2. Place tea bags and sugar in a jug. 3. Cover with boiling water, stir till sugar is dissolved. 4. Stand for 5 minutes. 5. Discard tea bags, pour over fruit. 6. Chill, covered overnight. 7. Serve with yoghurt. |
