Dried Sausage Ingredients:
5.33 oz pork roast, fat removed |
10.66 oz venison |
1 tsp. salt |
1 tsp. black pepper |
1 tsp. garlic powder |
Directions:
1. TRim fat from pork and cut into chunks. 2. Trim venison and cut into chunks. 3. Mix meats and season. 4. Run through grinder twice. 5. Run through sausage stuffer into pork casings, and tie off ends. 6. Hang in cool dry place. smoke lightly if desired, and allow to dry. About 2 weeks. 7. Serve alone or with other foods. |
