A light and delicious salad, can be main course or side salad. Ingredients:
2 cups romaine lettuce |
1/4 cup bell peppers |
1 ounces baby carrots (sliced) |
1 ounce dried cranberries |
2 ounces turkey (canned) |
Directions:
1. chop romaine fine 2. sliver carrots fine 3. chop bell peppers (red, green & yellow ) 4. place dressing in bottom of salad plate, place lettuce on top. sprinkle chopped vegetables on top of lettuce, sprinkle on dried cranberries, then turkey. |
