This is sooooo good! I got this from my aunt. It's best after it sits awhile, or even better, overnight. Ingredients:
8 ounces sour cream |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1/2 onion, thinly chopped |
2 packages carl budding dried beef, cut in small pieces |
Directions:
1. Cream together the cream cheese and sour cream. Add the onion and dried beef. The amount of onion is more to your preference. 2. It's better after it has sat in the refrigerator for awhile and awesome served with Ritz crackers. |
