Dried Beef and Noodle Casserole |

This is a recipe that I adopted from the 'Zaar . As it stands this is a good warm meal for a chilly night. I will be adapting at some point to see if I can make it even better! Ingredients:
4 ounces dried beef, snipped |
1 cup water |
1 small onion, chopped |
2 cups noodles, uncooked |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup |
1/2 cup milk |
1 cup water |
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes |
4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Cover and microwave dried beef and 1 cup water in 2-qt casserole on high (100%) to boiling, 2 to 3 minutes; drain. 2. Stir in onion, noodles, soup, milk, water and parsley flakes. 3. Cover and microwave 10 minutes; stir. 4. Cover and microwave until noodles are tender, 5 to 6 minutes. 5. Stir in cheese. 6. Cover and microwave until melted, 2 to 3 minutes. 7. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. |
