Ingredients:
1/2 cup honey |
1/3 cup whole wheat flour |
1/4 cup instant nonfat dry milk |
1/4 cup butter or margarine |
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1 cup sunflower seeds |
2/3 cup raisins |
2/3 cup chopped dried apples |
2/3 cup chopped dried apricots |
2/3 cup flaked coconut |
Directions:
1. Combine honey, flour, milk, and butter in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; stir well. Remove from heat. 2. Add peanut butter, vanilla, and salt; mix well. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Cover and chill. |
