I always liked Drew.He was always funny. Ingredients:
2 c flour |
1 1/2 c granulated sugar |
2 ts cinnamon |
2 ts baking soda |
1 ts salt |
1/2 c oil |
2 eggs, large |
1/4 c coffee |
1 1/2 ts vanilla extract |
2 1/2 c apples, peeled and sliced |
1 c chopped nuts |
butter or non-stick spray |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease a bundt cake pan with butter or nonstick spray.Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.Pour mixture into pan.Bake for one hour.
3. Serves 10-12 servings.
