This is a great side dish for company. It only has 3 steps, too! This will serve 8. Ingredients:
1/2 lb mushroom, sliced |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen baby english peas |
1 (3 1/4 ounce) jar cocktail onions, drained |
1 (2 ounce) jar chopped pimiento, drained |
salt, to taste |
pepper, to taste |
sugar |
Directions:
1. Saute mushrooms in butter. 2. Cook peas until tender. 3. Combine all ingredients & heat. |
