This recipe goes with Tossed Spinach Salad Ingredients:
1/4 cup lemon olive oil |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
6 ounces canadian bacon, cut into thin strips |
Directions:
1. Whisk together first 6 ingredients. Add Canadian bacon just before serving. 2. Note: For testing purposes only, we used Stutz Limonato California Extra Virgin Lemon and Olive Oil. |
