I make salad dressings since commercial ones contain way too much sodium. This is a recipe from , but I substituted roasted garlic for raw. Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil |
4 cloves roasted garlic |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients. 2. Shake or stir before serving. |
