I make salad dressings since commercial ones contain way too much sodium. This is a recipe from , but I substituted roasted garlic for raw.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
4 cloves roasted garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients.
2. Shake or stir before serving.
