Very tasty twist on carrots. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cooked carrots |
1 (15 ounce) can white pearl onions or 1 cup diced onion |
4 tablespoons butter, melted |
1/4 cup water |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
cracker crumb |
Directions:
1. Place carrots, onions & soup in a casserole dish and pour water over. 2. Top with cheese, butter & crumbs. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
