This works great on cakes or cupcakes. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
5 cups confectioners' sugar |
1 tablespoon fresh orange zest |
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1 teaspoon orange extract |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese at high speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
2. Add confectioner's sugar, zest, juice and extracts.
3. Mix until combined.
