A sweet, frozen, vegan dessert. Ingredients:
10 1/2 ounces lite silken soft tofu |
12 ounces frozen concentrated orange juice |
1 cup light vanilla soymilk |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/4 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process till smooth. Pour into molds, cups or pie plate and freeze at least 4 hours. Cut or unmold and serve. |
