I needed to use some leftover Delicious Orange Sherbet (No Ice Cream Machine) and thought this might be a great way to do so. You can use Kittencal's recipe or store-bought sorbet Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups orange sorbet |
3 ounces half-and-half |
3 ounces orange juice |
3 ounces light rum |
1 1/2 ounces triple sec |
2 cups crushed ice |
Directions:
1. Place everything accept the sorbet in a blender, blend until ice is crushed. 2. Add sorbet and blend. 3. Serve in a Martini glass. |
