A very light tasting dessert without a lot of work. Ingredients:
18 ounces orange cake mix |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup oil |
1 1/2 cups water |
3 ounces orange jell-o, mix |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Combine all ingredients.
3. Mix with electric mixer 2 minutes.
4. Pour into greased and floured 13x9 casserole dish.
5. Bake 30-35 minutes until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
6. Cool completely and frost with whipped topping if desired.
